If you’re not absolutely in love with your new purchase, you may return the item(s) by mail, for a full refund of the purchased price or an exchange.


What is the return/exchange policy?

We will gladly refund all unwashed and unworn merchandise, with all original labels and tags attached, within 30 days of your purchase date.


The following items are FINAL SALE. Non-exchangeable, non-refundable. If there is any issue with these items, please contact customer service immediately.

We are sorry if you have received a damaged item. All defects can be reported through our automized platform below. Simply follow the steps by selecting the item that is defected and chose the correct reason. Our system will ask you to upload a photo, and require a manual review before proceeding with exchanges and reimbursement.

How do I return my item(s)?

  • Enter your order number and postal code
  • Select the items you want to return
  • Choose an exchange or a refund on the original method of payment
  • A prepaid shipping label will automatically be generated by the system.
  • Print out and include the packing slip in the package you will be returning, stick on the prepaid label, and bring your return to the post office (Canada Post for Canadian orders, DHL for US orders.)
  • If you asked for a refund, your refund will be on its way when the return is in transit. Please read below for more details.
  • If you are exchanging an item, a new order of your new item will be placed when the return is in transit.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit card. Shipping fees and duty fees are not refundable.
